Our calves come from a local dairy farm, just 3 miles away. We rear them upto 2 and a half years of age with lots of love, time & dedication.
During the Spring, Summer & Autumn they graze freely at grass and spend the Winter in spacious, comfy barns.
Our Aberdeen Angus cattle eat our own home-grown grass & maize silage. Along with two environmentally friendly bi-products produced from human grade food, which would otherwise go to landfill.
Waste UK Wheat, after being processed for the food, drink & medical industries, extracting starch, gluten syrups, wheat gluten & alcohol.
Crumbed Bread, waste from supermarkets and the baking industry, crusts from ‘crustless loaves’, stale bread & wonky buns.
Both fully traceable products!
