Our Aberdeen Angus cattle, Sheep & Pigs are reared to very high standards, living healthy, happy lives. Growing naturally, grazing freely most of the year and housed in spacious, comfortable barns during Winter & only eating our homemade silage.

Our meat is traditionally prepared & packed by our trusted, professional butcher. Our Aberdeen Angus Beef is dry aged for 4 to 5 weeks (depending on the time of year/weather), cut to requirements and vacuum sealed to lock in freshness.
