Our Aberdeen Angus cattle, Heritage Breed Pigs & Cheshire Grass-fed Lamb are reared to very high standards, living healthy, happy lives. Growing naturally, grazing freely most of the year and housed in spacious, comfortable barns during Winter, just the way our cattle like it!
Our meat is traditionally prepared & packed by our trusted, professional butcher. The beef is dry aged for 4 weeks, pork & Lamb dry aged upto 7 days, cut to requirements and vacuum sealed to lock in freshness.
